Hi! We’re Misty & Ashley — sisters, moms, and lifelong Cape Ann locals.
As mothers of seven children between us, and with years of experience caring for and supporting families, we understand just how much goes into traveling with kids. From baby gear to everyday essentials, packing can quickly become overwhelming.
That’s why we created Travel Light Cape Ann — to make family travel easier, lighter, and more enjoyable. We provide thoughtfully selected baby, beach, and family gear rentals so you can arrive with fewer bags, fewer worries, and more time to focus on making memories.
Our Story
Caring for children and supporting families has always been at the heart of everything we do.
We both love to travel — especially with our kids — but over the years we experienced firsthand how stressful it can be to pack everything needed to keep little ones comfortable and happy. Cribs, strollers, toys, beach gear, high chairs… it often felt like we were bringing our entire house with us.
We saw a need here on Cape Ann for a better solution. So we created Travel Light Cape Ann.
Our mission is simple: to help families enjoy their vacations with less stress and more ease. We provide clean, safe, and thoughtfully chosen baby and family gear so you can travel lighter and focus on what matters most — quality time together.
